Short Term Truck Insurance (USA) Insurance While Renting A Moving Truck - Do Any Independent Companies Sell It?

(USA) Insurance while renting a moving truck - do any independent companies sell it? - short term truck insurance

We are moving and renting a moving truck. We have absolutely the CDW (Collision) "," insurance coverage, but the seller is too high. There are independent companies that sell short a collision / insurance loss or damage, so we are not liable for the seller?

I bought CDW low cost of renting in this way, but the company you are using does not cover the rental of trucks and I can not another company, find those.

Our insurance will provide coverage for our car, but not for damage that occurs to driving trucks.

Not that I know of. You need an insurance policy for the rental companies, car insurance buy normally do not cover rental trucks. Even the coverage of credit cards available.

One very important thing to note: The insurance rather than rent rather than the superstructure. Ever! If you drive under a low bridge or other cantilever and hit the roof of the car, you are personally liable for all damages. No insurance covers the upper body of the truck.
