Lotion of any kind can harm the Fleshlight, because oil is not the only cause that harm. It is better to use water-based lubricants and is easy to clean. Lubricants with silicone is safe, but it is much harder to purify. Some air-conditioners are safe, but caution.
Note that you can soap your Fleshlight for the use of warm water from time to time, damage that could clean a good idea to disinfect the alcohol.
