Toronto Residential Lease Agreement Form Residential Areas In Toronto?

Residential areas in Toronto? - toronto residential lease agreement form

We are towards Toronto from India for some time. The office of my husband is in Scarborough. We plan to rent an apartment near the office of my husband. I need some advice. Which areas should be avoided well and what? And what are the rents for one or two bedroom?

Thank you very much for your help!

Scarborough itself is a very nice area, but "The Beaches" is located in the eastern part of Toronto, just from Scarborough, and it's great. Shops and restaurants, a very long walk along the beach of Lake Ontario. I live here and my husband travels Scarborough East of work - about 20 minutes (according to Scarborough, where her husband lives).

Apartments in Toronto is not cheap, unfortunately. But be www.craigslist.org (choose) to see Toronto and the windows of the flats. Www.viewit.ca may also be useful. Select "Is Toronto" (the part of the map, continue south and east of center).

I pay $ 1285/mo for a small room 3, but they can always make the same two bedroom, unless you live in an apartment high-rise buildings to decide (the less charming), which was slightly less expensive.

Good luck ... and Welcome to Toronto!

Scarborough is enormous. Where exactly is the office?

Scarborough, in general, has taken a pretty bad reputation as a crime scene, * (but not bad just * :-)). But almost all, is a place like the beach, which is near the west end of Scarborough particularly fantastic.
