How can I get rid of stress and become more relaxed? - what is stress more condition_symptoms

Hey everyone,

Recently, I was fairly in the school, collage, the work which emphasizes parental abuse, and I want to know how relaxed you get rid of part of this effort, and a person. How can I get rid of this stress and more peace in my life in general?

Last year was a year of junior high school a nightmare! There were too many things to do. Frankly, I had no social life and material. Regular walks in the nature / trekking, give us the perspective to help and is very beneficial. Learn meditation, yoga or Chi Gung classes can be useful because it gives balance and calm.
